We built this here.
For us.
About 300 million Indians can read and understand English. Far fewer feel like they can speak it the way they want to. That gap isn't a problem Western apps were built to solve. So we built this one here, with people who grew up code-switching.
Four specific things.
Speaking confidence rebuilt three times before it stuck is a story we hear a lot. Here is what is actually different for that person, when an app is built here, not just localised here.
“Yaar basically the thing is…” works. We don't correct the switch. We just help the English half land cleaner.
Our speech-to-text is tuned to Indian speakers across the south and the north. “Skej-yool” and “shed-yool” mean the same thing to us. So does “vee-de-oh” and “vid-yo”.
Standups in distributed teams across India. Salary chats with HR who Hindi-switch mid-question. Manager 1:1s where you have to ask for a raise. Not Western office sitcoms.
Voice processed real-time, never stored without consent. Phone-OTP only, we never ask for your email. DPDP Act 2023 compliant from day one, Mumbai data residency.
What our speech engine hears.
These are the kinds of lines our speech engine is tested against. Switch mid-sentence. We do not penalise the switch.
One English to land in.
Onboarding asks for your home language up-front. Audio prompts switch to your language. The English we coach is consistent across all of them. You don't need to “translate yourself” to be heard.
How we hold your data.
Five minutes from now, you'll have already said it.
Three minutes to install. Five voice minutes a day, free. The first conversation is with Miss Lily, and it's short. No card, no email, just a phone number for OTP. Cancel any time.
