If you’re a regulator or law-enforcement officer
Lawful-process requests should be sent on official letterhead to privacy@brightchamps.com with the subject line “Law Enforcement Request”. We respond to properly-served requests in line with Indian law and require production-grade legal process for any user data we hold.

What we won’t answer over email
- Login credentials or password resets — those are handled by the in-app “Forgot password” flow for your security.
- Payment instrument details — we never ask for your full card number, UPI PIN, OTP, or net-banking password. Razorpay handles these and so should you. If anyone claiming to represent Miss Lily asks for these, report them to support@brightchamps.com.
